REGISTRATION FEE INCLUSIONS
In addition to course materials, your registration fee includes daily breakfast, lunch, and refreshments (Monday through Friday). Course materials will be provided online, with note-taking capability. Slides will appear in full-color full-page format. Practice questions for each presentation will be included in the initial posting. Answers to practice questions will be posted after review in live sessions. The classroom will be equipped with high-speed Internet access and electrical outlets.
OPTIONAL PURCHASES
Course Materials in Hard-copy Format: This option is provided for registrants who wish to receive a paper version of handouts, in addition to online access. Materials will be printed in black and white, with multiple slides per page. The print edition will include everything except answers to practice questions (which will be posted online after they have been reviewed in live sessions) and supplemental materials that may be provided by faculty (such as journal articles). Note: Print quantity will be based on orders received by September 1, plus a limited number of additional copies for purchase while supply lasts. Orders should be placed by September 1 to ensure availability.
Watch it Again!: This option provides online access to filmed lectures, beginning approximately two weeks following the live course.
