Our headquarters hotel occupies the top floors of the building, overlooking the Chicago River and downtown (lobby and check-in are on the 15th floor). Our course is scheduled at a high-demand time for the hotel, so early reservations are strongly recommended. Reservation, Room Guarantee/Cancellation Procedures, Room Rate: $195 (for occupancy of up to four)
A block of rooms has been reserved for course participants at $195/night, plus prevailing taxes (currently 17.4%). This rate is valid for occupancy of up to four guests per room. Our official room block includes a few rooms for early arrivals (beginning Friday, September 16) and late departures (through Sunday, September 25), with peak nights from Sunday through Thursday, September 18-22.
Rooms will be held until rented, or the reservation cut-off date, August 19, 2016. After that date, any rooms that have not been reserved will be released for general sale. The hotel will continue to accept reservations after the cut-off date, based on room and rate availability. As noted above, be sure to contact us for personal assistance if you have any difficulty confirming preferred nights.
Guests are responsible for making their own reservations and guaranteeing them with credit card or first night’s reservation fee. Canceling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on the day before scheduled arrival, will result in no charge. Canceling after 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on the day before arrival, or failing to show, will result in a charge of 1 night per room reserved. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

General Information
Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is prior to 12:00 noon. Credit cards accepted by the hotel include American Express, Carte Blanche, Visa, Optima, Diners Club, MasterCard, JCB Card, and Discover.
Hotel Parking
The self-park rate for overnight guests is $35/day and includes in-out privileges until 3:00 PM on the day of checkout. A $20/day rate is available for commuters (no in-out privileges). Parking tickets must be presented at the hotel front desk to confirm these rates. Overnight guests will be able to use room key for in-out access, once parking is assigned to room account.
